UBS Wealth Management and Business Banking, the world’s leading wealth manager and market leader in Switzerland for retail and commercial banking, wanted to further develop selected executive key talents after its organization-wide “Leading for Growth” leadership dialogue. Working with Impact International, UBS sought a development experience that would help senior leaders identify strengths and gaps, maximize their potential, and tackle real leadership challenges.

Impact International designed a one-year Executive Leadership Development Experience built around a three-day retreat, real-business leadership simulations, intensive feedback, coaching, and follow-up development support. Participants faced UBS-relevant dilemmas, crises, and strategy discussions, then continued with structured feedback, coaching, and job-shadowing; UBS said the program created a highly elaborate and realistic platform and was expected to help prepare these executives to become the top leaders of tomorrow.
