Toyota Manufacturing UK (TMUK) wanted an event and development programme to help Section Managers build the behaviours that support the Toyota Way. Impact International partnered with TMUK’s Management Development team to address this need, focusing on mid-level leaders from both office and shop floor backgrounds.
Impact International designed an experiential learning programme using projects and facilitated reviews, built around Plan-Do-Check-Action, Genchi Genbutsu, Kaizen, and Hansei. The result was improved confidence, ownership, commitment, and motivation among Section Managers, along with stronger 360 competency assessment scores and better on-the-job performance.
