Thomson Reuters worked with Impact International to create a world-class development experience for its High Potential Future Leaders. The challenge was to develop future leaders who could lead with emotional intelligence, retain top talent, and build global capability in a fast-moving, globally distributed organization.

Impact International designed and delivered the Generate Programme, an 11-week blended learning experience combining webinars, podcasts, online learning, and a real-world consulting project in India. The results were strong: 75% of participants received a promotion, 95% still work at Thomson Reuters, 96% report greater commitment and improved virtual collaboration, and 93% learned new leadership behaviors they could apply on the job.
