The Miller Group, the UK’s largest privately owned house building, property development and construction business, needed a more rigorous experiential learning event for its graduate intake as part of its revised Graduate Development Framework. Impact International was brought in to help the graduates understand the importance of workplace behaviours in a safe learning environment.

Impact International designed and delivered a challenging three-day residential programme with experiential activities and review sessions covering trust, values, personal influence, and networking. The event led to strong action plans and one-minute video pitches capturing individual learning, which were edited by Impact International and later used to demonstrate value to the Board; the customer also reported that the experience exceeded expectations and delivered real business value.
