The Insolvency Service - Customer Case Study

The Insolvency Service, an executive agency of the Department for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, needed to help managers build the confidence, behaviours, and skills required to manage and work effectively in diverse teams. Impact International was brought in to support its diversity and inclusion goals with a focused manager development programme.

Impact International created a bespoke two-day diversity programme with The Insolvency Service’s Learning and Development team, covering equal opportunities legislation, inclusive culture, and managing problematic behaviour and performance issues through experiential learning, forum theatre, and facilitated discussion. The programme was delivered to nearly 100 managers and is being rolled out across the wider organisation, with participants reporting greater confidence in tackling problems and performance management issues.
