Impact International partnered with Thales, a global technology leader in aerospace, defence, and transportation markets with 68,000 employees. The challenge was to prepare participants in Thales's senior management programme to work collaboratively and remotely on a complex, nine-month business project, requiring strengthened team working, intercultural awareness, and communication skills.

Impact International designed and ran an interactive team building module as a launch event for the programme. The solution used experiential projects to highlight collaboration and facilitated reviews to discuss effective teamwork. The result was that participants established how to work efficiently together as project teams. Impact's ongoing partnership with Thales Université ensured the event remained relevant and fresh, with participants valuing the support to build effective team relationships.
