Teva, the Polish subsidiary of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., wanted to turn its corporate vision, mission and values into everyday practice across the organisation. To help address silos, strengthen teamwork, improve communication and increase engagement, vendor Impact International (Impact Polska) delivered a modular team development programme.
Impact International designed a comprehensive, cross-functional team development event for 196 employees, including managers from every department, with interactive projects built into each module. The programme led to improved cross-functional relationships, better support for inter-departmental challenges, stronger personal ownership of development, and measurable business benefits including higher participation in projects, increased innovation and ideas, greater productivity, and improved attention to work quality.
