Swiss Re partnered with **Impact International** to address the need to strengthen personal leadership behavior among its top leaders worldwide. Through the Swiss Re Academy’s “Transforming Leadership at Swiss Re” (TLS) initiative, the company sought a high-impact leadership development solution for its top 300 people that would engage a highly experienced, intellectually strong audience and support lasting behavioral change.
**Impact International** delivered a five-day, globally deployed leadership journey built around business context, experiential learning, and sustainable application. The programme included a leadership enquiry, a realistic leadership simulation, coaching, and a follow-up workshop to apply learning to current business challenges. The result was highly successful: nearly all of Swiss Re’s top 300 leaders completed the programme over four years, and the partnership won the EFMD Excellence in Practice Award for Partnership in Organisation Development in 2008.
