St.George Bank, one of Australia’s leading retail and business banking brands, wanted to support its “Start Something” transformation by building stronger leaders and a high-performance culture across the retail bank. Impact International worked with St.George to develop a coaching capability programme for people leaders, helping them grow the capabilities, motivation and commitment of their teams.

Impact International delivered a two-day “Coaching for Performance” programme combining theory, practical tools, and real-play coaching practice based on live workplace issues. The solution helped participants build confidence in coaching and performance conversations, with learning reinforced through follow-up readings, online evaluations, learning partners, and ongoing manager coaching to embed the skills into daily practice.
