Sony - Customer Case Study

Sony, a global manufacturer of audio, video, communications and IT products, needed an innovative way to integrate its new European Senior Marketing team while also addressing a meaningful business challenge. Impact International worked with Sony Europe on a team development programme built around a CSR-based event, using a live business brief to support both team integration and strategic marketing objectives.

Impact International created “Mission Critical Marketing,” bringing Sony and Sight Savers International together in Geneva to task the Sony team with developing a new marketing strategy for the NGO. The programme delivered a powerful learning experience for Sony, generated first-class ideas for Sight Savers’ donor growth, and helped the charity implement an 18-month global marketing plan in partnership with Sony.
