Severn Trent Water develops talent in a 1-week programme with Impact International

Severn Trent Water, a UK-based water utility company, sought to develop the interpersonal and team-working skills of its graduate employees. To address this challenge, they partnered with vendor Impact International to utilize their Emerging Talent solution through a Developing Talent programme.

Impact International implemented a week-long experiential programme for Severn Trent Water that combined facilitated learning with a practical community project. The solution included exercises focused on communication, self-awareness via MBTI®, and a culminating Community Action Learning project where graduates renovated a community center. Impact International's programme was successful, leaving a lasting positive impact on the community and resulting in participant feedback that praised the memorable, practical approach and its direct relevance to their day-to-day work.
