Severn Trent Water - Customer Case Study

Severn Trent Water (STW) is a major UK water and sewerage provider serving more than 3.7 million households and businesses. To strengthen its graduate and high-potential employee development, STW worked with Impact International to build personal impact and interpersonal skills, with a focus on improving awareness, team working, and effective behaviour in group settings.

Impact International delivered the Developing Talent programme, a week-long experiential learning course using practical projects, facilitated sessions, MBTI®, structured feedback, and disclosure activities. The programme culminated in a Community Action Learning project at Binley Community Centre, where participants had to work within budget and time limits to improve the crèche, play area, and entrance. The result was memorable, hands-on learning that participants found engaging and relevant to their jobs, while also leaving a lasting positive impact on the community.
