Royal Mail - Customer Case Study

Royal Mail, the UK’s national postal service, wanted to better equip its people managers to support strategic goals around innovation, service quality, and effective change through more engaged and flexible teams. To address this, Impact International was brought in to deliver a coaching development programme for managers.

Impact International created and delivered a two-day “Manager as Coach” workshop using the GROW coaching model, along with listening, questioning, feedback, and goal-setting tools. The programme helped build a shared coaching language and culture across Royal Mail Group, and participant feedback was extremely positive: 100% agreed the facilitator met their needs, helped them learn effectively, and made the topic more interesting, practical, and relevant.
