Raytheon, the major U.S. defence contractor and industrial corporation, wanted an integrated development programme to complement its technical training and help ambitious graduates build the leadership, business, and strategic skills needed to become future leaders. Impact International partnered with Raytheon to design a two-year Graduate Development Programme focused on Generation Y leadership development.

Impact International delivered a structured programme combining classroom learning, experiential activities, and on-the-job application through modules such as Engage, Consult, Lead, Strategic Thinking, Business Simulation, and a Community Action Learning Project. The programme helped graduates strengthen presentation, influencing, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking skills, with one participant noting measurable personal growth after 18 months in the programme and improved confidence through training, team-building, and real-world development opportunities.
