Play develops 12 high-potential managers with Impact International

Play, a Polish telecommunications provider, faced the challenge of developing its high-potential managers. They needed a bespoke program to assess potential and create individual development plans that would align with business strategy and foster a self-driven development culture. Vendor Impact International addressed this with their Experiential Development Centre (EDC) service.

Impact International designed a two-day EDC followed by individual coaching sessions. This solution provided objective assessments and integrated participants into the learning process with continuous feedback. The result was that all 12 managers created clear, structured development plans, gaining increased self-awareness and leadership skills, which they then shared with their line managers.
