PepsiCo, a leading global food and beverage company, needed a more standardized and scalable way to develop high-potential leaders across its worldwide organization as it shifted to a matrix operating model. To support this challenge, PepsiCo partnered with Impact International to create global leadership development programs for key managers and future leaders.
Impact International designed and delivered two programs, Acceleration Leadership Programme-I (ALP-I) and Acceleration Leadership Programme-II (ALP-II), combining virtual and face-to-face learning, internal and external facilitation, and flexible global deployment. The result was a harmonized talent pipeline initiative that won a 2015 Brandon Hall Excellence Award for Best in Content and achieved strong participant satisfaction scores of at least 4.7/5 across all 11 programs delivered, with 168 managers and 107 directors/senior directors already completed and more cohorts planned.
