Newton, a UK-based specialist in operational improvement, partnered with Impact International to develop the leadership capacity of its business managers. The challenge was to build a network of 'ready now' leaders with the capabilities and confidence to lead at the next level, fostering sustainable development while maintaining the company's unique high-performance culture.

Impact International implemented a custom-designed Leadership Development Programme consisting of three experiential modules focused on leading self, leading others, and leading the business. The solution included face-to-face development, 1:1 coaching, and inter-modular activities. Results were highly positive, with 91% of participants gaining useful insights, 88% agreeing they could apply their learning, and 100% recommending the programme. The programme's success was further validated when it won the Gold award in the Leadership Development Programme category at the Training Journal Awards 2018.
