Mount Anvil, a London-based mixed use property developer and contractor, needed to invest in leadership development to support its significant growth and strengthen the skills of its senior management. Impact International proposed its REACH modular leadership development programme to create a more aligned business and build a stronger cross-functional leadership core.

Impact International delivered REACH over 10 months through five residential modules covering personal development, influencing, change, high performance, and sustainable business activity. The programme used simulations, dialogue, behavioural feedback, and a tailored 360° feedback tool aligned to Mount Anvil’s values and leadership competencies. Early results showed participants taking greater responsibility for their learning, helping shape future business projects and delivering community action learning initiatives, with Mount Anvil reporting a positive impact on the business.
