Kuwait Petroleum International (Q8) engaged Impact International to refresh its development centre approach and better help supervisors and managers understand their strengths and development areas against KPI competencies. The company wanted a more engaging, challenging experience that would leave participants with clear ownership of their personal and professional development.
Impact International designed and delivered an Experiential Development Centre (EDC) for the Q8 Corporate Academy, combining group exercises, bespoke simulations, individual challenges, presentations, 360 feedback, and coaching from senior managers acting as Observer/Coaches. The programme has become a flagship offering in its third year, with over 100 top talent participants taking part, stronger senior stakeholder involvement, and higher participant motivation, buy-in, and alignment to KPI’s future leadership needs.
