Jaguar Land Rover worked with Impact International to strengthen its graduate development programme. The challenge was to help 60 graduates build the leadership, communication, relationship-building and team skills needed to succeed during their 24-month induction and represent the JLR brand effectively.
Impact International designed a five-day leadership and team skills module that included team-based challenges and a large-scale Community Action Learning project with the Friends of the Lake District. The graduates completed conservation work that would have taken a year for the charity’s volunteer network, and JLR reported an average 14% improvement in awareness and competency levels across its graduate cohort.
