Global programme for high potentials

UBS Wealth Management and Business Banking, through its Investment Bank, needed a global development programme to identify and grow 250 high-potential Associate Directors and Directors across the organization. To support this challenge, Impact International was engaged to help design and deliver ASCENT, a two-year, multi-modular leadership development programme.

Impact International created a three-day intensive leadership programme using its Leadership Action model, customized 360 leadership feedback, senior guest speakers, MBTI Step II, and experiential leadership projects, along with peer reviews and coaching. The programme was delivered six times across three continents in seven weeks, and UBS reported that Impact International was creative, flexible, and highly effective, with strong participant engagement and a true partnership approach.
