A Impact International Case Study
The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), a United Nations agency focused on combating hunger and improving food security, was undergoing a major organizational reform and culture change. To support this shift, FAO needed to strengthen its managers’ ability to lead change, build self-awareness, and develop confidence and resilience in a changing environment, so it turned to Impact International for help.
Impact International designed the Effective Leadership Programme, an intensive leadership course combining two workshop modules with individual coaching sessions and a 360-degree feedback process. The programme helped participants develop leadership behaviors, improve team performance, and build a high-performing working culture. FAO reported greater recognition that leadership can be learned through action and communication, and the program was praised for bringing managers access to up-to-date leadership thinking.
