Faurecia, a global leader in automotive seating, interior systems and emissions control, needed to strengthen its leadership culture as the industry faced major disruption from autonomous and electric vehicles. To support its transformation, the company sought a large-scale global leadership development programme for managers and leaders, using Impact International’s expertise.

Impact International designed and delivered “Drive,” a blended leadership development programme combining face-to-face hubs, virtual classroom sessions, digital pre-work and social learning to build agility, innovation, collaboration and entrepreneurship. Launched in 2016, the programme developed more than 2,000 managers in its first two years, helped drive a 131% increase in Faurecia’s stock market value over that period, won a Brandon Hall Group silver award, and later expanded globally with around 7,000 managers expected to participate by 2020.
