Case Study: Ericsson develops future leaders with Impact International

A Impact International Case Study

Preview of the Ericsson Case Study

Ericsson - Customer Case Study

Ericsson Market Unit South East Europe (MUSEE), part of the global telecommunications company Ericsson, wanted a new way to develop its people and identify future leaders. The challenge was to create a learning environment that would emotionally engage participants, encourage reflection on their behaviours, and help them focus on personal growth and career development. Ericsson worked with Impact International on a leadership development programme.

Impact International and Ericsson MUSEE designed a two-and-a-half-day experiential programme that included 360° feedback, MBTI, coaching, ethical dilemmas, an in-tray exercise, filmed presentations, and facilitated learning reviews. The result was a highly successful development event that helped participants gain awareness of “who I am” and “what I want to change/achieve,” with many calling it the most memorable development experience they had attended. Ericsson reported strong engagement, improved motivation, and a pipeline of potential new leaders emerging from individual development plans.
