Dentsu Aegis Network partnered with Impact International to create the Propeller Programme, a custom leadership development initiative for first-time managers, supervisors, associates, and analysts. The challenge was to build a new generation of emerging leaders who could work with speed, communicate clearly, stay agile, make decisions in complexity, and support DAN’s goal of becoming a 100% digital business.

Impact International designed and delivered a highly applied, experiential programme aligned to DAN’s operating model, leadership competencies, and company values, using a live immersive business challenge, emotional intelligence development, filmed leadership stories, and peer consulting. Launched in 2015, the programme ran for three cohorts in its first two years, accelerated leadership development, and helped drive strong internal interest from high-potential applicants while supporting business objectives and growing leadership capability across the organisation.
