Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology, and outsourcing services, needed to strengthen internal engagement and improve skilful dialogue across its growing teams in Australia. To address this, it worked with Impact International to design a coaching-based development programme called Engage.

Impact International created two coaching-focused learning options: a two-day programme for People Developers and a half-day version for all team members. The initiative built practical coaching, challenge, and feedback skills, and it delivered measurable gains, including a 19% increase in leaders’ and managers’ ability to engage and empower team members, a 39% increase in effective coaching conversations, a 33% increase in confidence to give feedback, and a 37% increase in effectiveness when challenging others. Over 180 participants completed the bite-size programme and 50 completed the two-day version.
