BP, one of the world’s leading integrated oil and gas companies, formed country peer group leadership teams across Australia, China, Japan, Malaysia and Thailand as part of a major change initiative. The challenge was to help these teams embrace BP’s core values and develop into high-performing teams across Asia Pacific. Impact International was engaged to support BP Asia Pacific Lubricants with a leadership development journey.

Impact International designed and delivered a six-step, country-specific “High Performing Team” program over up to six months, using facilitation, coaching, feedback, experiential projects and review. The teams clarified their purpose, ways of working and goals, and built commitment to each other’s success and growth. The result was a clear roadmap for each leadership team to continue developing as a high-performing team with the right behaviours and competencies.
