In 2005, the company turned to Impact International for help with leadership development, seeking a program that would build future-ready leaders across its international workforce.

Impact International designed “Making a Difference,” an intensive five-day leadership development experience combining experiential learning, business projects, a community action project, leadership theory, and feedback on Emotional Intelligence.
