BDO, the fifth largest full-service accounting and advisory firm in the world, needed a practical yet inspirational leadership development programme for its emerging leaders in Australia. Working with vendor Impact International, BDO set out to create a long-term learning journey that would strengthen leadership capability while supporting business development and organisational performance.

Impact International helped design and deliver the Apex Leadership Development Programme, combining leadership, coaching, team effectiveness, business development, ethics, and in-market learning with 360° feedback, diagnostics, projects, mentoring, and a dedicated online portal. The programme has already generated positive stakeholder feedback and is being seen as highly valuable and successful, with participants showing lasting behavioural change in the workplace.
