BAI Communications, a global communications networks provider operating across Australia, the USA, Canada, the UK and Hong Kong, wanted to strengthen leadership capability and embed a culture aligned to its leadership framework. To support this challenge, BAI Communications partnered with Impact International on its Dare to Lead leadership development programme.

Impact International delivered a three-module, 12–18 month experiential programme combining self-reflection, team and leadership diagnostics, personal feedback, coaching, dialogue, high-performing teams and change leadership. The programme has been completed by more than 50 leaders in the Australian business, including the Global CEO and GM team, and delivered measurable impact: a 48% average increase in participants’ knowledge, skills and awareness, 72% saying they use the learning at least fortnightly, and 92% would strongly recommend it.
