Assimoco, an Italian insurance company serving local co-operative banks, needed to strengthen innovation across the business as the insurance and banking sectors faced rapid change from new technologies, evolving distribution models, and new competitors. Impact International supported this challenge with a companywide Innovation Leadership programme focused on building a shared innovation mindset, common language, and more value-driven behaviors.

Impact International delivered a full-year experiential programme including sensing journeys, value conversations, leadership learning, and a large Open Space Technology event with around 400 participants, which helped launch Circles of Value and Innovation Labs. The initiative increased engagement and understanding of innovation across the organization, with 93% of managers feeling more engaged, 86% better understanding their role in innovation, 89% better understanding where the company is moving and why, and 91% experiencing a constructive, positive environment.
