Aon, a global risk management and workforce productivity company, wanted to make sustainability central to its graduate development programme while attracting, developing and retaining graduate talent. Aon worked with vendor Impact International to redesign the programme so it aligned graduates with business strategy, built leadership capability, and strengthened trust, career development, and CSR awareness.

Impact International delivered a high-impact launch event in London and a three-day residential in the Lake District, combining team-building, sustainability-focused business projects, feedback practice, and leadership development for graduates and senior managers. The result was a noticeable change in mindset: graduates became more proactive, asked more questions, challenged constructively, and engaged more with other functions, while networking across peers and senior leaders was maximised over the last six months.
