Austin Peay State University Enjoys First-Time Successes with iModules

Austin Peay State University, a fast-growing Tennessee university supporting more than 60,000 alumni, was struggling with a patchwork of online advancement tools. Its donor experience was not mobile-friendly, online giving was cumbersome, and data was being collected from multiple disconnected sources. The university also wanted a single platform that would be easier for administrators to manage, and it needed to reduce the training burden created by multiple systems. iModules helped APSU consolidate its advancement efforts using its online giving and content management capabilities.

With iModules, Austin Peay State University launched a new advancement website in just six weeks, featuring mobile-friendly giving, automated gift acknowledgements, better gift tracking, phone gift processing, and donor self-identification on forms. The vendor also helped APSU power its first-ever 90-hour giving campaign, #GovsGive, with campaign pages, real-time progress tracking, suggested gift amounts, and social promotion tools. The campaign raised $148,301, or 165% of goal, engaged 455 donors including 136 new donors, and set university records for online gifts, individual gifts, and donors in a single day.
