Sun Products, a leading North American maker of laundry and household products, needed a creative, efficient way to understand the personality and lifestyle of core consumers for its Snuggle Exhilarations line. With in‑person research unfinished due to time and resource limits, they sought a complementary method to quickly uncover deeper, authentic insights.

iModerate ran a custom remote study combining one‑on‑one conversations with consumer‑uploaded lifestyle photos—participants photographed themselves, meaningful objects, and favorite rooms—so Sun could both hear and see consumers’ lives. The work showed core users are family‑focused moms who value health, togetherness and comfort, validating prior findings and guiding improved positioning and marketing for Snuggle Exhilarations.
