University Hospitals of the North Midlands improves IPF monitoring for 32,500 patients with Imobisoft

The University Hospitals of the North Midlands sought to better monitor patients suffering from idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and rethink care delivery for both patients and clinicians. The challenge was to build a robust web application at the center of a multi-million pound research project, utilizing connected devices and machine learning automation. Imobisoft was assigned as the technology partner to develop this solution.

Imobisoft developed the MY IPF platform, a digital solution featuring customized dashboards for patients, clinicians, and administrators. The platform allows patients to log assessments and symptoms, while connected devices automatically upload test results to a central database. This automation gives clinicians key KPIs to monitor conditions and develop treatment plans. The product is nearing the end of extensive clinical trials with positive results, aiming to improve the lives of thousands of patients.
