Leading Manufacturing Company, a multinational consumer-products manufacturer with more than 70,000 employees, faced a challenge: quarterly HR surveys and multiple HR systems generated thousands of data sets used by roughly 9,000 consumers, but access required manual logins across five systems and strict privacy rules (GDPR/European Work Councils).
