RS Clare & Co. Ltd, a UK-based lubricant manufacturer, needed to visually communicate the highly technical process of their Frac Valve Greasing Procedure to educate clients and stakeholders in the oil and gas industry. Their challenge was to create a compelling and accurate technical simulation that demonstrated the consequences of improper greasing and the benefits of their specialized lubricant under pressure. They engaged vendor Immix Productions to develop a 3D animation solution.

Immix Productions created a detailed 3.5-minute hybrid 3D animation and motion graphics video. The solution included photorealistic 3D models of the valve components, simulated lubricant behavior, and side-by-side comparisons of correct and incorrect procedures. The final animation empowered RS Clare to demonstrate complex valve lubrication behavior, educate both technical and non-technical audiences, enhance their marketing materials, and reduce training time for field operations.
