Immersive Labs Partners with Kroll to Deliver Remote Crisis Exercise to Thailand Banking

Kroll was asked to design and deliver an incident-response tabletop exercise for the Thai Banking CERT (TB-CERT) and its 27 member banks that could be run remotely and at scale. To meet the brief and engage CISOs, IT operations and contact‑center staff, Kroll partnered with Immersive Labs and used Immersive Labs’ Cyber Crisis Simulator to create a realistic, remote crisis scenario.

Using Immersive Labs’ Cyber Crisis Simulator, Kroll and TB‑CERT delivered a gamified, collaborative exercise in under a month; facilitators guided online participants while individuals recorded their choices via the Immersive Labs companion app. The event ran with 27 banks, 436 individuals engaged on the app and 2,620 decisions recorded, with immediate post‑event analysis provided to benchmark cyber capabilities and drive cross‑functional response improvements — demonstrating Immersive Labs’ ability to scale realistic crisis simulation and deliver measurable data.
