Immersive Labs implemented its Cyber Workforce Resilience Platform with hands-on and real-time threat labs, gamified benchmarking, and role-based content to boost skills and collaboration. The program drove measurable impact: analysts averaged 40+ hours of completed labs per user in the first nine months and covered 92 of 110 MITRE techniques, helping improve the speed, quality, and accuracy of Optiv’s threat responses while enhancing employee collaboration and development.
