Falanx Cyber, a London-based cybersecurity firm, needed to speed up an intensive upskilling programme so new consultants could perform chargeable work sooner and rely less on senior experts. Immersive Labs provided new hires with targeted lab content and objectives, increasing engagement and self-directed learning; as a result, Falanx Cyber cut consultant onboarding time by 33% (from three months to two), enabling consultants to be billable one month sooner, reducing the impact on senior staff and improving overall work quality. Immersive Labs’ platform also lowered reliance on senior experts by encouraging independent research and experimentation.
