Citi Uses Immersive Labs to Build Operational Cyber Resilience Across Commonwealth Countries

Citi, a multinational bank, needed to run the Commonwealth Cyber Exercise across multiple countries simultaneously and sought a stable, easy-to-use, low‑bandwidth solution for hundreds of local and remote participants. To meet requirements for scalable on-demand delivery, simple sign-up for first‑time users, and mobile-friendly access, Citi partnered with Immersive Labs and used the Immersive Labs Cyber Crisis Simulator and decision‑based labs co‑authored with Citi.

Immersive Labs powered the June 2019 exercise across four continents and nine countries, delivering three simultaneous decision‑based labs to over 150 in‑country delegates and hundreds more online; individual and group responses were captured and analyzed in real time. Immersive Labs’ platform scaled seamlessly, reinforced incident‑response decision making, increased awareness across participating institutions, and supported national and international cooperation.
