Citi delivers cyber exercises across 4 continents with Immersive Labs

Citi, a multinational investment bank, needed to deliver a large-scale cyber exercise across multiple Commonwealth countries simultaneously. The challenge was to provide a stable, scalable online solution with a quick sign-up process and low bandwidth requirements to accommodate participants with varying levels of connectivity. Immersive Labs provided its Cyber Crisis Simulator to power the event.

Immersive Labs delivered the solution, which involved over 150 in-person delegates and hundreds more participating online across nine countries. The platform captured and analyzed individual and group responses in real-time, allowing participants to test their decision-making and improve incident response awareness. The event was successfully scaled across different geographies and was deemed a great success by all delegates.
