Immense built a digital replication of Addison Lee’s London fleet operation using operational data such as trip requests, vehicle allocation, and pickup/drop-off times. This allowed Addison Lee to test different fleet configurations, demand scenarios, and service changes, leading to improved passenger experience, more efficient fleet use, reduced empty miles and associated costs/emissions, and greater capacity to serve additional demand.
