The Appraisal Foundation is a Congressionally authorized nonprofit that sets standards and qualifications for the valuation profession. Faced with an outdated, cumbersome system that couldn’t meet current or future needs, TAF sought a modern, easy-to-use platform with improved features, a better shopping and navigation experience, and unified data control.
After evaluating providers, TAF chose ASI’s iMIS because the Success Partnership Program (SPP) let them test the system using their own data and workflows and experience ASI’s customer support firsthand. The SPP showed how iMIS could align operations with strategy, addressed all concerns, was completed on schedule, and gave TAF the confidence to move forward with implementation.
