The Texas Automobile Dealers Association (TADA) represents more than 1,400 franchised dealerships across nearly 300 Texas communities, providing advocacy, education, legal support and industry best practices. TADA faced fragmented member information—data kept in silos or even on index cards—an unfriendly website, and no integration between member services, advocacy, events and the site, which made it difficult for staff to support members effectively.
By moving to iMIS and building a RISE website, TADA centralized member data, integrated membership, events and fundraising, and created password-protected member resources so staff could access and track information easily. As a result they maintained a 90% industry membership rate amid ownership changes, achieved greater efficiency that allowed staff reductions, and earned an iMIS Great Things Award for digital transformation.
