Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., founded in 1922, is a global organization of more than 100,000 collegiate and professional women with over 500 chapters worldwide. The sorority sought to modernize its online presence—giving the site a facelift and correcting known user-experience issues—with the goals of boosting membership engagement and improving staff productivity.

Working with Association Technology Solutions, the sorority launched a redesigned site built in RiSE to streamline navigation and interactions for members and staff. The refreshed web experience met the organization’s goals, improving engagement and productivity and earning Sigma Gamma Rho an iMIS Great Things Award.
