A iMIS Case Study
Rethink Mental Illness is a UK charity that supports nearly 60,000 people each year through more than 200 services and 150 support groups, with total income around £50m from grants, contracts and a 3,000-strong membership. The organisation struggled with multiple systems and data silos that made multi-channel marketing impossible and reporting slow and manual.
Rethink implemented iMIS as a single platform for fundraising, membership and service management, with 1,400 users across 200 locations and integrated member and donor websites. The switch consolidated its database (from 300,000 to 180,000 contacts), automated reporting, cut administration and overheads, improved segmentation for targeted campaigns, and delivered richer, more reliable insight for the Board.
