The REALTORS® Association of Edmonton, a professional association of more than 3,200 brokers and associates with a 50-person staff that administers the Edmonton MLS, provides member education and enforces professional standards, needed to modernize its member services. Their legacy system lacked e-commerce and online payment capabilities and could not manage member data and accounts receivable in a single, customizable, easy-to-use platform—an essential part of their strategic plan.

They implemented iMIS and launched a new website that centralizes membership profiles, an online store, education and event registrations, and automated dues billing, fines invoicing and membership tracking, with fundraising added later. Members gained convenient web access to services and staff saw improved efficiency and workflow from a single, tailored system.
