The Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) is the peak industry body for real estate agents and property professionals in NSW, with over 100 years’ experience and thousands of members. Facing a need to modernize member services, improve content marketing and SEO, and better measure and deliver member value, REINSW set out to strengthen integration between its website, LMS and its iMIS back-end to centralize data and move core processes online.
Using iMIS, REINSW implemented engagement scoring and dashboarding, moved renewals and new membership applications online, launched a new self-service portal for individual and company members, and improved LMS integration as a single source of truth. The two-year digital transformation boosted member self-service and content-driven engagement, supported SEO and media activity, and earned REINSW an iMIS Great Things Award for their website.
