PAMA (Professional Association of Managing Agents), a non-profit founded in 1970 to promote professional and ethical residential property management, faced the challenge of modernizing its member and accounting systems. The organization relied on iMIS Desktop for critical operations, which created ongoing maintenance burdens for staff and limited their ability to take advantage of cloud efficiencies.

Working with ASI’s Cloud Migration team, PAMA moved to iMIS EMS in the cloud and shifted day-to-day operations into the iMIS Staff site. The migration reduced technology maintenance costs by transferring hosting and support to ASI, enabled staff to fully manage membership and accounting online, and—thanks to the team’s commitment—resulted in a successful cloud transition and recognition with an iMIS Great Things Award.
